just because love is only persuasive chemicals

seasoning my liver in the winter when i started
mitigates the fabricated memories departed
we set the land on fire with averse eyes

seasoning my liver in the summer is a part of
losing all memories in act of thereof
we set the land on fire with napalm pies

just because love is only technically stratagem
does not negate the joy or gain
happiness is exclusively subatomic particles
that feed directly to my brain

so i reach hard when i break for the light
i hide in the bushes and sneak in the night
a sneeze can discover the peace with a light
break in the pressure that squeezes the fight

the wonder of invention is the least of my intentions
and i’ll follow convention if you’re paying attention
